BILL
To apply a further sum of money for the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the 31st December, 2015.
ENACTED by the Parliament and the President of Zimbabwe.
1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Supplementary) Act, 2015.
2 Consolidated Revenue Fund charged with US$252,235,000
The Consolidated Revenue Fund is hereby charged with such sums of money as may be required for the service of Zimbabwe during the year ending on the 31st December, 2015, not exceeding in aggregate the sum of two hundred and fifty-two million, two hundred and thirty-five thousand United States dollars only.
3 Application of moneys granted
Subject to section 17(5) of the Public Finance Management Act [Chapter 22:19] (No. 11 of 2009), the moneys appropriated shall be applied to the services detailed in the Schedule and more particularly specified in the Supplementary Estimates of Expenditure for the year ending on the 31st December, 2015, submitted to and passed by the National Assembly.
