The Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation -Ms Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko held meetings with the President of the Senate Hon. M.M.Chinomona & Speaker of Parliament Adv. J.F.N Mudenda. They also held a ceremony of the memorandum of cooperation in the field of scientific, technical & innovation activity.
