Good morning Honorable Minister.
My names are Moses Dadayi Ngwana, I have two kids learning at 2 Bridgade Infant school Braeside. It is very unfortunate that I have not been able to pay my fees on time last term, which I then paid in full for this term and the previous, after paying off all the headmaster then said the kids are expelled from school permanently.
Can you kindly assist in informing me if this the education system the ministry has setup?
