THE MINISTER OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS: Mr Speaker Sir, it would appear that there is deliberate non cooperation from some of these IT instruments. It would appear that the reason that the majority of hon. members in this House are engaged elsewhere and it would be prudent that this honourable House does adjourn.
