- The Speaker informed the House that on 3rd November 2021, Parliament received a petition from one Sikhumbuzo Dhlodhlo, beseeching Parliament to assist him in reclaiming the Dhlodhlo Chieftainship. The petitioner’s prayer did not fall under the purview of Parliament and was, therefore, deemed inadmissible. The petitioner had been notified accordingly.
- Togarepi, seconded by Hon. N. Mguni, moved: That Orders of the Day Nos. 1 to 5, for today, stand over until Order of the Day No. 6, has been disposed of.

*1. Hon Machingauta: To ask the Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Water, Fisheries and Rural Settlement to inform the House how many boreholes were drilled under the Command Water Harvesting Programme throughout the whole country and with specific reference to Budiriro Constituency.
