The Speaker informed the House that on 3rd November 2021, Parliament received a petition from one Sikhumbuzo Dhlodhlo, beseeching Parliament to assist him in reclaiming the Dhlodhlo Chieftainship. The petitioner’s prayer did not fall under the purview of Parliament and was, therefore, deemed inadmissible. The petitioner had been notified accordingly.
