 HON. CHIMBETETE:  To ask the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural

Development to explain the reason for the delays in the surfacing of the Binhanya Road which runs from Nyanga to Ruwange and to assure this House that the Ministry has budgeted for its surfacing in the coming budget for 2010.

 HON. CHIMBETETE:  To ask the Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development to inform this House what measures the Ministry is putting in place to prevent carnage at Tombo One, which has become a black spot following a number of fatal accidents in that area dating as far back as 1991 to the latest one this year.

 HON. CHIMBETETE:  To ask the Minister of Education, Sports, Arts and Culture to explain why a resolution was passed by the Ministry on examination fees without consultation the three GNU Principals as this has led to many ‘O’ level students failing to register for their 2009 examinations.
