We, the Members of Parliament of Zimbabwe desire to express our loyalty to Zimbabwe and beg leave to offer our respectful thanks for the speech, which you have been pleased to address to Parliament- Hon. Sen. S. K. Moyo.

 On the motion of Hon. Sen. Muzenda, seconded by Hon. Sen. Mohadi: Debate  adjourned until tomorrow.

	QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWERS ◆        QUESTIONS WITHOUT NOTICE.   *        QUESTIONS WITH NOTICE
*1.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Justice, Legal and
	Parliamentary  Affairs to state measures being taken to curb child  marriages.
*2.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Justice, Legal and
	Parliamentary  Affairs to state measures being taken to raise awareness of
	marriage laws, particularly to women in rural areas.
*3.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Justice, Legal and
	Parliamentary  Affairs to explain the Ministry’s role in the reunification of
	convicts with their families and reintegration into society upon their release
	from prison.
*4.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Justice, Legal and
	Parliamentary  Affairs to provide statistics of court cases relating to violation
	of provisions of the Marriage Act [Chapter 5:11].
*5.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural
	Heritage to state measures being taken to encourage people to report
	cases of incest.
*6.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Women Affairs,
	Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development to explain the
	national achievements and failures of the      Beijing Platform of 1995.
*7.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Women Affairs,
	Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development to advise on
	government policy regarding small and medium enterprises that have
	been affected by veld fires.
*8.	HON. SEN CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Public Service, Labour      and
	Social Welfare to explain measures being taken to end the  stigmatisation        of
	children with disability.
*9.	HON.      SEN.      CHIMBUDZI:     To     ask     the     Minister     of        Information
	Communication                             Technology and Courier Services to clarify the
	Ministry’s role in the computerisation of government departments,  for
	instance, the Criminal Intelligence Department (CID) which still uses
	typewriters.
*10.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Finance and Economic
	Development to inform the Senate whether there are strategies in place      to
	economically empower women who  constitute the majority of the population.
*11.	HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Health and Child Care to
	explain-

1. the causes of cancer and whether it is hereditary; and
2. measures being taken by the government to control it.

*12. HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Health and Child Care to  inform the Senate of the current maternal mortality rate and measures  being taken to reduce it.

*13. HON. SEN. CHIMBUDZI: To ask the Minister of Transport and  Infrastructural  Development to explain measures being taken to ease  traffic congestion in city centres during peak hours.
